Longview's 5th graders recently spent a week learning with the Western Piedmont Council of Governments as part of the Tree Canopy project.

Longview celebrated #StartWithHelloWeek, an initiative of Sandy Hook Promise, to empower students to make new connections, build empathy, and create a culture of belonging in our school. Students and educators participated in daily events, and on Wednesday, wore green to celebrate kindness and connection.
